    staff seemed helpful when I needed anything. It seemed quite, and I was happy it had a fitness room that I could use. Plenty of towels was nice!

    It had an old tv,, the radio didn't work, the lamp light beside my bed wouldn't turn easily. The toilet was not spotlessly clean, and the sheets looked wrinkled.

    The rooms were amazing for the price we paid. Also the night staff (scott) was absolutely the best staff member i have ever met at a hotel. Great hotel, i def plan to come back there again! I liked that there seemed to be a lot of younger people at hotel, so that we were able to stay up talking throughout the night without disturbing anyone.

    The elevators were way too small, i found myself getting crammed into them.

    Nice parking garage, nice location

    Old rooms, smells a lot in the upper suites. We stayed in a 3* hotel in New York, on Wall Street, which was 40$ cheaper then Toronto and overscored the Ramada Plaza in all his aspects. In fact, we did several nice suites and hotels during our summer break in US/Canada. Ramada Plaza was the most expensive suite we had, but the most dissapointed room also... Realy a bummer...

    We stayed here during the sars scare and went to tORONTO after appeals to support the tourist industry. We received an upgrade to a very nice suite because there was almost no other quests. We even were mentioned in the globe and mail. This time was also very nice with a seperate room to relax in and a nice big tv in the bedroom. Stay was excellent.

    The layout of the room was great, soft beds, clean and looked very fancy. Parking was available for a decent rate. Was high end for low cost.

    The location was convenient but a bit hard to find initially.
